Mark’s practice focuses primarily on general civil litigation, including especially construction litigation and business litigation.  

An Orange County native, Mark attended law school at Penn State’s Dickinson School of Law where he had the opportunity to serve as a student clerk for the Honorable John E. Jones III, at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.  While at the Dickinson School of Law, Mark also served as the Symposium Editor for the Journal of Law and International Affairs, President of the Environmental Law Society, and President of the International Law Society.

Prior to starting his career as an attorney, Mark was an account executive in the wholesale lending industry. Mark is an Eagle Scout and avid outdoorsman who can often be found exploring the Sierra Nevadas and coastal ranges
