John has over thirty-five years of experience trying lawsuits across California, during which he developed his expertise in trust, estate and conservatorship litigation.  Building on this experience, which includes numerous high-profile cases, he often serves as a mediator and expert witness in contested trust and estate matters.  He is routinely appointed by the Orange County Superior Court as counsel or guardian ad litem for vulnerable elders and minors in contested conservatorships, guardianship and trust matters.  He has received Martindale Hubbell’s highest possible “AV Preeminent” rating for ethics and competence; and he frequently lectures to legal and professional organizations.  He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and a member of Trust & Estates Section; the Conservatorship, Guardianship & Protective Proceedings Section and the Masters Division, Orange County Trial Lawyers Association and has served on several Orange County executive boards in Trust & Estate organizations.

Jon Feldon assists affluent individuals and families with a variety of litigated matters in probate courts throughout Southern California.

Jon’s career has included a significant tenure at the Orange County Public Defender's Office. During his time as a public defender, Jon developed a deep understanding of the complexities surrounding mental health law, representing clients with mental health challenges in a wide array of legal matters. His commitment to advocacy for the most vulnerable populations laid a strong foundation for his current practice.  Jon’s work in public service was followed by years in private civil and probate practice at Murtaugh Law and Holland & Knight LLP in Los Angeles.

Now, Jon leverages his extensive experience to specialize in trust, probate, and conservatorship litigation. His deep knowledge of the legal intricacies involved in these areas, combined with his compassionate approach, makes him a formidable advocate for clients facing challenging circumstances. Sabrina specializes in construction and general civil litigation at Murtaugh Law LLP. She is dedicated to advocating for her clients and brings extensive legal knowledge with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes in complex disputes.

Sabrina graduated from UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings College of the Law) in 2022, where she served as a staff editor for the Hastings Business Law Journal and competed on the Trial Team. These experiences laid the foundation for her successful litigation career. She passed the California Bar in 2022 and has quickly built a reputation for her dedication and strategic approach. Sabrina earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Chapman University in 2019.

Janet Li devotes her practice to trusts and estates litigation. She enjoys utilizing her legal skills to help families resolve important disputes. Her broad range of experience, solid writing and analytical skills, and keen attention to details make her particularly resourceful and effective in reaching amicable settlements or handling contentious litigation.

She has won multiple dispositive motions in civil litigation cases, including successfully opposing a Motion for Issue, Evidence, and Terminating Sanctions (right after substituting into the case) and a Motion for Summary Judgment against a giant Southern California real estate developer; obtaining a favorable result for a leading car rental company by winning a Motion for Summary Judgment; and vacating a Motion for Summary Judgment in a contract litigation case on an ex parte basis. She has successfully overseen a $600,000 trust litigation matter from complaint through mediated settlement and administered a million-dollar probate estate with multiple beneficiaries, among other lawsuits and settlements.
