Marshall received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 1995; and his law degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 2005.
Marshall Young practices in the areas of general business, corporate, hospitality, real estate, estate planning, trust, and probate law. He represents clients in a variety of matters, including the formation of business entities, mergers, acquisitions, divestiture, dissolution, financing, sales/purchase and leasing of real property.
Marshall also serves as outside general counsel for a number of small and mid-sized companies and high net-worth individuals.
In addition to his transactional experience, Marshall has extensive experience in conducting and supervising general business litigation.
