Associate
Eric Nimmo is an associate attorney focused on trust and estate litigation and complex business disputes. He represents trustees, beneficiaries, business owners, and other high-net-worth individuals in contested matters involving breach of fiduciary duty, trust administration disputes, ownership conflicts, and related civil litigation. Eric approaches each matter with a practical, strategic mindset aimed at protecting client interests while positioning cases for efficient resolution.
Prior to joining the Murtaugh, Eric practiced in the Government and Regulatory Law Department at Rutan & Tucker, where he represented public entities in litigation and advised on compliance matters, including issues arising under the California Public Records Act. Eric earned his J.D. from USC Gould School of Law. Before law school, Eric served in the United States Army as an Infantryman, an experience that shaped his disciplined, client-focused approach to advocacy.
