Eric Nimmo is a trust and estate litigator who represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in disputes involving trust administration, contested estates, and allegations of breach of fiduciary duty. He is known for pursuing solutions through creative means, bringing both strategic discipline and inventive problem-solving to emotionally charged and high-stakes matters

Before entering the legal profession, Eric served in the U.S. Army, an experience that shaped his approach to preparation, clarity, and steady leadership under pressure. He applies those principles to his litigation practice, guiding clients through complex family and financial conflicts with focus and purpose.
