Senior Partner Robert Lemen and Partners Devin Murtaugh and Lauren Saint have been selected to the 2027 Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators in America, an annual guide to accomplished litigators handling significant disputes across a broad range of practice areas.
Robert Lemen represents family members, trustees, businesses and business owners in trust and probate disputes and complex civil litigation. In one trust matter, he secured a judgment following a five-week trial for a beneficiary whose inheritance had been depleted through transfers of trust assets, including compensatory damages, statutory penalties and attorney’s fees. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
Devin Murtaugh handles business, real estate, trust and estate, and professional liability disputes from pre-litigation assessment through trial and appeal. His trial record includes defeating a $20 million claim tied to an alleged exclusion from an acquisition opportunity and securing a defense verdict for a major structural engineering firm facing a $1.7 million professional negligence claim.
Lauren Saint focuses her practice on complex trust and estate litigation involving fiduciary duties, capacity, undue influence and contested estate plans. As lead trial counsel in a case involving real property transferred through a forged deed, she secured a judgment with double damages and attorney’s fees that resulted in a recovery exceeding $1 million.
