On October 8, Murtaugh | Attorneys at Law attorneys Michelle Generaux and Mike Murtaugh will present “Getting Paid” for AIA Orange County, a program focused on practical strategies architects can use to protect their businesses and strengthen their position when payment issues arise.
Michelle and Michael will cover client management, contract and collection provisions, lien rights, copyrights, strategies for creating leverage, and what to consider when litigation becomes necessary.
The program offers 2 AIA HSW credits, which count toward 2027 California Architects Board license renewal.
