This past weekend, Murtaugh LLP gathered to celebrate 47 years and the people who make this firm what it is.
The evening began with a year-in-review presentation by Co-Managing Partner Michelle Generaux, reflecting on the firm’s accomplishments and the work of its professionals over the past year.
Anniversary milestones were recognized for three members of the firm: Michelle Generaux and W Rod Stern each reached 25 years, and Robert Lemen celebrated an extraordinary 45 years with Murtaugh LLP.
The Care for the Client Award was presented to Devin Murtaugh. Given each year in honor of Susan Wright Menkes, a former partner who shaped the firm’s “Care for the Client” philosophy during her tenure, the award recognizes the attorney who best embodies that commitment in their day-to-day service to clients. Devin’s name will be added to the permanent plaque displayed in the firm’s offices.
The evening also served as a warm welcome to this year’s incoming summer clerks, a tradition that connects the next generation of legal talent to the culture and community of the firm.
