Jon’s practice focuses on trust and estate litigation throughout California, advising fiduciaries and families in complex, high-stakes disputes, including claims of elder abuse, undue influence, and breaches of fiduciary duties, as well as trust contests, will contests, and conservatorship disputes.
Jon Feldon advises fiduciaries and beneficiaries regarding high-stakes litigation involving inheritance disputes and matters of financial abuse. Jon’s extensive trial experience has served him well in courtrooms across California, but also allows him to apply a trial attorney’s perspective to administrators looking to position themselves to either avoid the need for litigation, or be properly positioned in cases where litigation has become inevitable.
Jon is known for his clear vision of a nuanced and specialized field that involves both legal and equitable claims, as well as, frequently, complex family dynamics. Whether advising clients about trial strategy, negotiating settlements, or pursuing litigation-minded administration, Jon brings creativity and energy to pursuing his clients’ goals. Jon is particularly skilled at communicating in an accessible way about complex legal issues to clients, counsel, judges, and juries.
